Painter. Born on June 3, 1947 in Astrakhan. In 1964 he graduated from the Abramtsevo Art
School, Department of Art Ceramics. In 1977 he graduated from the Moscow Higher School
of Industrial Art (Stroganov), faculty of "interior and equipment”. Beginning of creative work
since 1977. Works in genres of plot composition, landscape, still life. The origin of the artist's
creative bias was the experience of the beauty and power of the natural elements associated
with the image of the great Russian river Volga. In his works, the artist follows the traditions
of Russian realistic art. The artist successfully works in the field of monumental art, creating
interiors and exteriors of objects of various public purposes (paintings, ceramics, relief,
mosaic). Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1995. Participant of exhibitions:
regional exhibition of works by artists of the Moscow region, dedicated to the 70th
anniversary of Soviet power (1988), group exhibitions of works by walnut-Zuev artists
(1989-2000), group exhibition of walnut-Zuev artists in Moscow (CHA, 1995), || regional
exhibition "Moscow Region" (1984), regional anniversary exhibition "50 years of the
MOOSKH" (.1996), group exhibitions of works by Russian artists abroad (1990-2000). Major
works: "At the Shipyard", "Pier on the Volga", "Stitching", "Old Steamships", "Night Quay",
"Still Life with a Samovar.” Works are in private collections in Russia, Japan, France,
Germany, USA.
